Extra long cables?

For an upcoming project, I want to use some solenoids placed throughout a physical space, so I’m curious if anyone has used some longer-than-default power cables between the automat and the solenoids?

Is there any danger of burning out the power supply and/or the solenoids by using 5-10m+ power cables?

10m+ cables can work. There is nothing you can break > as the outputs are protected. But the voltage drop might be to big… not sure if the solenoids will still have enough power.
